Junior Associate Notary

As a candidate notary, you will specialise in corporate law or real estate. You will work together closely with our lawyers and lawyer-tax experts for international and national clients.

Making deals a success

The notarial practice at Stibbe focuses on company law, corporate law and real estate transactions for Dutch and international companies. Our civil-law notaries and juniors advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, real estate and reorganisations, among other things. They also advise listed and other companies on the implementation of corporate governance policy, anti-takeover measures and shareholders' meetings.

Growth and development

At Stibbe you will of course be given the space and opportunities to grow and develop. As a candidate civil-law notary, you will follow the professional training of the Royal Notarial Professional School and a course at the Law Firm School. Read more about the Law Firm School here.
